1. Creating a New Game

  • On Game tab, touch the “+” button to add a new game
  • Select (or create) the teams
  • Add a game name if desired
  • Select the date, number of periods, and length of each period & OT

2. Recording the Starting Line Up

  • New users often forget to hit ‘save’ after the starting line up is entered. Saving this information before continuing to record score is important for accurate stats.
  • If necessary, you can save the starting line up with the auto-generated “letter” jerseys and later go back to change the name and/or number of each player
  • If recording subs from a full game video, it is helpful to touch the time to start and stop the countdown of the game clock.
  • Remember to hit Save before you start the clock or record the next basket.

3. Recording a Substitution

  • Touch period to change (if necessary)
  • Touch time and drag up or down
  • Touch scores and drag up or down
  • Touch player entering or leaving the court, then touch the other player.
  • When multiple subs happen at the same time, you can press “Swap Five” which allows you to select all five players on the court. (Helpful after a time out)
  • Press Save only after you update the current time/score & have added subs to the court.

4. Editing

  • Edit team name by clicking on ‘team’ at the top of the screen when viewing a team.
  • Edit game details by clicking on ‘game’ at the top of the game screen.
  • FYI, at this time, Home & Visitor cannot be switched once the game has been saved.
  • Hold down a player’s number/letter to go to the player edit screen. (Initials can be used instead of jersey numbers)
  • Swipe left to right for historical records
  • Hold down the “swap five” button to jump to a specific record. (This is where you delete records by swiping)

5. Reports

  • Tap “stats” button to toggle between the Win Stat / total minutes & Jersey number.
  • Hold down the “stats” button to see full stats for that game
  • A Green jersey indicates a the top individual Win Stat.  Red Jerseys are the lowest two individual Win Stats. (Players with 0:00 minutes are still ranked)
  • The Copy game function can be useful when you want the calculation to only look at certain records, such as only the 4th Quarter.
  1. Copy the game
  2. Change game name for clarity
  3. Delete the unwanted records by holding down “swap five” button to view sub records
  4. Touch Team tab and select team
  5. Touch “Select Games” to select the games you want included in the statistic
  6. Touch “Stats for Selected Games” for your custom report
