Our 1st Win Stat Coach Award: 7 of 8 Beaver lineups out score Washington Huskies

Our first Win Stat Coach Award goes to Oregon State Coach, Scott Rueck.  After his reliable starting lineup fell into an 8 point hole in the opening 5 minutes, all 7 of Rueck’s alternate lineups out scored Washington in their 5 point win over the Huskies. This accomplishment starts with a well developed bench and a coaching staff that knows how to make timely and effective adjustments.  The starting lineup built the lead in the first few minutes of the second half, and later returned to the court with 6 1/2 minutes...

St. Marys Arter, Hatten, Nared, Carbonel, & Smith earn Win Stat Lineup Award vs. Oregon State

Oregon State’s Bostick & Schwegler Earn Win Stat Ace Awards vs. Corban

Schwegler lead the Beaver’s Win Stat column and Alexis Bostick was in all of the Beaver’s top six performing lineups during their contest vs. Corban earning Bostick and Schwegler Win Stat Ace Awards. Congratulations to Corban’s starting line up of Steigleman, Tsugawa, Vanweerdhuizen, Buhler & Bennett for out scoring the Beaver starters in Friday night’s game 9 points to 8. Indiana defeats Kentucky – Victor Oladipo Earns Win Stat Rally Award

Indiana’s starting athletic sophomore Victor Oladipo took a seat 9 minutes into the 1st half with his Hoosiers leading by 2 points.  2 1/2 minutes later he was back on the Indiana hardwood with his team trailing by 6 points.  In the final 8 minutes of the the half, Oladipo in three different lineups rallied back to lead 30-29 at the half. In total, the Hoosiers out scored the Wildcats 28 to 19 while Oladipo, a 6’5″ 214 guard from DeMatha HS in Upper Marboro, was on the floor in the first half and 50 to 43 for...

Oregon State’s Fambro and Pepperdine’s Emerson Awarded Win Stat Ace Awards

  Quortni Fambro received the Win Stat Rally Award in her inspired effort against Pepperdine on Saturday. Fambro entered the game with 8 minutes left in the first half and the Beavers trailed by 12 points.  5 1/2 minutes later, Indendi replaced Fambro with the Waves’ lead cut to just 4 points. The eight point swing gave the Beavers the momentum needed to overtake the Waves which the Beavs held to a 63 – 52 final. Idaho’s Hill and Madison; Beavers Moreland and Nelson Awarded Win Stat Ace Awards

Idaho’s Connor Hill and Stephen Madison earned a Win Stat Ace award in their contest vs. the Oregon State Beavers.  Madison was in nine out of the ten Idaho line ups that out scored the Beavers.  All said and done, when Stephen Madison (+.0.77) was on the court, the Vandals scored 68 points while only allowing Oregon State 44 points.     Eric Moreland and Roberto Nelson also receive the Win Stat Ace award.  Moreland is the only Beaver with a positive Win Stat in both of the Beaver’s losses this season, and...
